The only way we can develop the Event is by striving to make improvements and any comments you receive from visitors or want to pass on yourselves will be helpful, although we can’t guarantee we will be able to act on them all!

Exhibitors are advised to carry product liability insurance and are recommended to consider insuring against losses in the case of fire, theft and cancellation.

Exhibitors indemnify The Big Business Event against all claims, damage or expenses arising in any way out of the presence of the exhibitor or his/her exhibits at the Event.
Acceptance of these provisions is a condition of entry.

Any exhibitor proposing to sell alcohol or food containing alcohol whether for consumption on- or off-site must possess a Temporary Event Notice (TEN).
This notice must be brought to the Event and be available for inspection by The Big Business Event or the Licensing Authority.
Neighbours
We appreciate your cooperation in being respectful of our neighbours’ homes, animals, access and noise levels.
Parking
There is plenty car parking at the venues. Please ensure access routes must always be left clear, including while loading and unloading.
Rubbish and Recycling
There will be bins provided at the venue for your use.

Please help us to keep the whole event site presentable by doing your part and ensuring that the area around your stand, including the rear, is kept clear of rubbish/recycling.

On final departure, please ensure your area is entirely clear of rubbish as we may have to pass on associated costs of clearing up after you have left.
Security
You are responsible for the security of your stand and its contents, together with any property or vehicle that you bring with you. There will be no overnight security.
Stand Position
Closer to the Event we will provide you with a site plan, indicating details of set up time, access, parking and facilities. The right to exhibit cannot be assigned, transferred or sublet without prior permission of the Events Team.
We ask exhibitors to act cooperatively and with consideration for the site, each other and visitors. If there are any problems, please contact the Events Team.
Stand Specification
You are required to provide your own stand or table from which to trade and your own table cloth. Tables are available at an extra cost (please indicate this on the booking form). This must conform to the current Fire Regulations and have the required Fire Retardancy Test Certificate, if applicable.

All stands must fit within the allocated 2m x 2m space, to include any protrusions, promotional material or equipment. Larger spaces may be available by special arrangement, please contact us at the earliest opportunity to discuss this.
All stands/vehicles are required to be clean, presentable and in good condition.
Stand Sharing
If you are planning to share a stand with another business, booking forms need to be completed by both businesses. If you or the other business are unable to attend, you are liable for their half of their payment and The Big Business Event Team reserve the right to put another business on the table with you during the event.
